The Board of Directors of Best Wor1d International Limited (the

•company') wishes to announce that Best World Lifestyle Pty Ltd rBwA·),a wholly-owned subsidiary, was deregistered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

BWA was a dormant company and the de-registration of BWA will not have any material effect on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the de-registration of BWA.
