Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL" or "Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP) today reports with sadness the death of Dr. Abdul Alim Khan on 29 September 2013. He had been serving as a Non-executive Director of Beximco Pharmaceuticals since 1986.
Ahmed Sohail Fasiur Rahman, Chairman of Beximco Pharmaceuticals, said: "It is with a deep sense of grief and profound sorrow we have learnt the sad demise of Dr. Abdul Alim Khan. We have no words to console his nearest and dearest ones at this moment. We extend our deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences to the bereaved members of his family. We pray to the Almighty Allah to grant him eternal peace and salvation of the departed soul and to give the members of his family the strength to withstand this irreparable loss with courage and fortitude."
