Extension of Remand of Some Company Officers

Further to the Company's Immediate Report dated February 18, 2018 concerning the investigation of the Securities Authority and the Israel Police, the Company announces that according to press reports and to the best of its knowledge, on February 18, 2018, the remand has been extended of Mr. Shaul Elovitch, a director of the Company and its controlling shareholder, and Mr. Or Elovitch, a director of the Company, until February 22, 2018, and of Mrs. Stella Handler, the Company's CEO, and Mr. Amikam Shorer, the Group's Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, until February 21, 2018.

From the court's ruling in the matter, it emerges that the above officers are suspected, together with others, of offenses of fraud, administrative offenses, disruption of legal proceedings, bribery, offenses under the Securities Law, deception and breach of trust in a company, and some also of offenses under the law on the prohibition of money laundering.
