Response of the Acting Chairman of the Board to Elliott Advisors

Further to the Company's Immediate Report dated January 17, 2018 concerning the letter of Elliott Advisors (UK) Ltd ("Elliott") to Mr. David Granot, Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors, a supplementary report is hereby provided that on January 29, 2018 a response was sent to Elliott by the Acting Chairman of the Board.

In his response, the Acting Chairman of the Board referred, inter alia, to the welcome involvement of its shareholders; to the proper operation of the Company's Board and its committees, in his opinion; the expected date for the selection of directors for the Company (at the Company's Annual General Meeting that is expected to be held in April or May 2018), and that accordingly he expects changes in the composition of the Board, and that the issue of the structure of control of the Company is not a matter handled by the Company's Board of Directors.
