Notification of Interests in Shares
The Company has been notified that, on 15 June 2012,
the following Non-Executive Directors acquired the number
of BG Group ordinary shares (Shares) shown against their
name at a price of £12.315 per Share.
These purchases have been made through the
Non-Executive Directors' share purchase programme,
through which Non-Executive Directors may elect to invest a
proportion of their fees to acquire Shares.
