BHP Billiton CEO's Exit Package Worth $77 Million

BHP Billiton Ltd. (>> BHP Billiton Limited) Chief Executive Marius Kloppers will take cash, shares and performance rights worth up to 75.2 million Australian dollars (US$77 million) at current prices when he leaves the world's biggest mining company later this year, the Sydney Morning Herald reported Friday.
Mr. Kloppers's exit package will be the second largest in Australian history after the A$80 million package reportedly received by former Macquarie Bank Managing Director Allan Moss, the newspaper said.
