BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia AD and presented to the public its consolidated interim financial statements as of 30.06.2017.

Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS/IFRS as of 30.06.2017 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 16 420 000 compared to BGN 16 987 000 registered by 30.06.2016 which represents a decrease of the net sales revenues by 3.34 %. As of 30.06.2017 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 13 893 000 compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 30.06.2016 in the amount of BGN 14 633 000 which represents a decrease by 5,057 %. As of 30.06.2017 the consolidated service net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 2 527 000 compared to the consolidated service net sales revenues registered by 30.06.2016 in the amount of BGN 2 354 000 which represents a growth by 7.35 %.

As of 30.06.2017 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 545 000 compared to the profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 333 000 for the same period of 2016 which represents growth of the company's consolidated profit before taxes by 63.66 %. The consolidated net profit of BILLBOARD AD as of 30.06.2017 is in the amount of BGN 548 000 compared to the consolidated net profit of the company as of 30.06.2016 in the amount of 347 000. The consolidated net profit of BILLBOARD AD as of 30.06.2017, related to the owners of the parent company in the amount of BGN 385 000 and grows by 92.5 % compared to the consolidated net profit, related to the owners of the parent company as of 30.06.2015 in the amount of BGN 200 000.

As of 30.06.2017 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2 210 000 compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 30.06.2016 in the amount of BGN 2 144 000 which is a 3.078 % increase.

As of 30.06.2017 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 1 048 000 compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 30.06.2016 in the amount of BGN 974 000 which is a 7060 % increase.
