RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Wang Li ("Mr. Wang") has tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from 14 January 2018 in order to devote more time on his other professional endeavors. Upon his resignation as an executive Director, Mr. Wang also ceased to be a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board with effect from 14 January 2018.

Mr. Wang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters relating to his resignation that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Wang for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure.
