The BATS CLP Program is a rewards-based program designed to encourage quoting activity for BATS-listed securities. The payment of a CLP Fee is intended to generate more quotes and trading than might otherwise exist absent this payment, and the security leaving the BATS CLP, Program may adversely impact a purchaser’s subsequent sale of the security. A link to the BATS CLP Program can be found here.
