iShares announced today that the investment objective of the iShares Developed Small-Cap ex North America ETF will change along with changes to its name, index and ticker. Based on client feedback, effective September 1, 2014, the fund will be the iShares MSCI Europe Small-Cap ETF, tracking the MSCI Europe Small Cap Index, which will provide a more concentrated exposure to European small-cap securities.

Shareholders do not have to take any action. No capital gains distributions are expected as a result of the transition.
