Issue of Warrants
BlueRock Diamonds plc, the AIM listed diamond mining company which owns and operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa ("Kareevlei"), announces that pursuant to the fundraising announced on 19 March 2018 and the general meeting approval announced on 9 April 2018, it has now issued a total of 33,333,333 warrants to investors. Included in this total is the issue of the following warrants to David Facey (Finance Director) and Paul Beck (Non-Executive Chairman).

The warrants are exercisable at a price of 3.0 pence and are exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of issue.
