B3 - BRASIL, BOLSA, BALCÃO BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros ('Company') announces to its shareholders that there was no adjustment to the amount ascribed per share due to interest on shareholders' equity to be distributed to shareholders pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors' meeting held on November 12, 2015. The amount per share is R$0.17655681, representing a net amount of R$0.15007328. The net amount per share reflects the deduction of withholding income tax levied on interest on shareholders' equity at the rate of 15%, except for shareholders subject to different taxation, and for shareholders exempt from taxation.
The interest on shareholders' equity will be paid on December 4, 2015, based on the share ownership structure as of November 23, 2015, such that starting from November 24, 2015, Company's shares will trade ex-interest on shareholders' equity.
