The Company's products portfolio includes such wine brands as Vina Zaco, Vina Pomal and La Vicalandia. As of December 31, 2011, Ducde SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 87.98% of its interest, which in turn belongs to Grupo Codorniu, a Spanish holding company with international operations in the wine segment.
