The index will comprise 114 stocks, after one inclusion
and two exclusions
The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM)
Management Committee has decided, in accordance with the
technical provisions for the composition, calculation and
sectoral division of the IGBM index family, to approve the
composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the
second half of 2012.
Having considered the data relating to trading and
capitalisation, one stock will be included in the index while
two other stocks will be excluded. The IGBM composition for
the second half of 2012 will therefore include 114
stocks.
The summary of inclusions and exclusions is as
follows:
EXCLUSIONS:
Fergo Aisa, S.A.,after being delisted
since 20 April 2012 and applying for article 5.3 of
Bankruptcy Law, the company failing to reach a refinancing
agreement.
Levantina de Edificación, Cleop S.SA,
suspended from trading since 12 June 2012 following
application for voluntary liquidation and impending deadline
envisaged by Article 5 bis of Bankruptcy Law, for the purpose
of attracting adherents to refinancing scheme.
INCLUSIONS:
Inmobiliaria del Sur S.A.,the company
having met all listing criteria.
Final weightings by sectors, subsectors and stocks will be
published on the website of Bolsa de Madrid ( www.bolsamadrid.es
), after the close of the market today, June
29th.
