• Vice President of Parts Services, Diane De Souza, will retire after 28 years of service
  • Bill Molloy will assume the leadership of the Parts Services team
  • Stéphane Hébert will succeed Mr. Molloy as Director, Customer Services & Support, CSeries program

Bombardier Aerospace today announced that Diane De Souza, Vice President of its Parts Services team, will retire after 28 years with Bombardier Aerospace, effective this summer. She is succeeded by Bill Molloy, previously Director of Customer Services & Support for the CSeries aircraft, who assumed his new role April 1. The two will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition in the coming months.

Under Ms. De Souza's leadership, Bombardier's Parts Services team was successfully transformed to meet the challenges of a growing international customer base and a quickly expanding product portfolio.

"With characteristic spirit and passion, Diane has built a committed team that has earned the trust of our customers and our suppliers, and has substantially elevated how our customers experience all our products," said Michel Ouellette, President, Bombardier Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft. "On behalf of the entire organization, I would like to thank Diane for her exemplary leadership and her invaluable contributions to the Bombardier's successes over many years."

Mr. Molloy's impressive track record over a 24-year career at Bombardier makes him the ideal candidate to continue to move the Parts Services organization. Since joining the company in Belfast, he has distinguished himself in a number of leadership positions within the Parts Services organization, including Director of Component Repair & Overhaul (CR&O) and Component Programs. Known for his intense focus on customer satisfaction, he has consistently risen to complex challenges in demanding environments.

"Bill's skills and experience will be instrumental because his focus is on continuing the globalization of Parts Services and elevating our levels of service. It is with great pleasure that we welcome him back to the Parts Services team," added Mr. Ouellette.

As a result of Mr. Molloy's appointment, Stéphane Hébert, previously Director, Customer Services and Support, Global 7000 and Global 8000 programs, was selected to replace Bill as Director, Customer Services and Support, CSeries program. Mr. Hébert's proven leadership and experience will help build on the impressive momentum that Mr. Molloy has created within the team in developing support services on the CSeries aircraft.
