PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – August 29, 2011 – Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment, invoice and document automation solutions, today announced that Lisa Crymes has joined Bottomline as Director, Healthcare Products and Strategy. Ms. Crymes will be responsible for product strategy and product marketing for all of Bottomline’s healthcare solutions.

Ms. Crymes brings extensive market experience to Bottomline’s growing healthcare product suite. Most recently, she was responsible for Emdeon’s business intelligence strategy across multiple business lines. Prior to Emdeon, she held senior positions with several leading healthcare technology companies, including RelayHealth (a McKesson Company), Per-Se Technologies and Infocure/Vitalworks.  Ms. Crymes is an active member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), where she serves as the 2012 Region V Dixie Institute Education Lead. She is also Chair of the Product Management Society of the Technology Association of Georgia. Ms. Crymes received a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Shorter University.
