            Co-option of Adeline Challon-Kemoun

            to the Board of Directors of BOURBON Corporation

At its meeting of March 13, 2017, the Board of Directors of BOURBON Corporation unanimously agreed to co-opt Adeline Challon-Kemoun as an independent Director upon the recommendation of the Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committee.

Adeline Challon-Kemoun replaces Astrid de Bréon, who stepped down from her position of Director upon taking up her duties as Chief Financial Officer of BOURBON Corporation. Adeline Challon-Kemoun's co-option applies to the remaining period of her predecessor's mandate, i.e. until the upcoming shareholders' meeting.

Adeline Challon-Kemoun, 49, graduated from IEP (Political Science Institute) of Paris and the French Society of Financial Analysts (S.F.A.F). She was appointed Senior Vice-President of Corporate Communications at Air France in 2012 and since 2015, is also Executive Vice-President Marketing, Digital and Communication at Air France-KLM.
