for the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors, which met on May 26, decided to combine the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and appointed Mr. Jacques d'Armand de Chateauvieux as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BOURBON Corporation.

At its meeting on July 4, 2016, the Board of Directors of BOURBON Corporation, upon a proposal of the Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committee, decided on the elements of the remuneration of Mr. Jacques d'Armand de Chateauvieux, from July 1st 2016:

  • An annual fixed compensation of €144 K ;
  • A variable compensation fully related to the company's performance & based on 1% of the excess net income (group share) for the fiscal year & capped at €500 K.
