APPOINTMENT

ARNAULD VAN EECKHOUT APPOINTED BOUYGUES GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL

Arnauld Van Eeckhout has been appointed General Counsel for the Bouygues group following the retirement of Jean-François Guillemin.

Arnauld Van Eeckhout, aged 61, has two Masters 2 degrees in Law. He joined the Group in 1990 as Senior French Legal Officer for the Channel Tunnel project. After four years in the UK, he joined the Group's Legal Affairs department, before becoming EVP, Legal Affairs for Bouygues Telecom in 1995. He was appointed Deputy Group General Counsel in October 2017.

He takes charge of Bouygues SA's Legal Affairs department, the secretariat of the Group's Board of Directors and, as such, the organisation of board meetings and of Annual General Meetings.

He is also in charge of issues relating to the Group's code of conduct, ethics and compliance. He ensures the secretariat of Bouygues SA's Ethics, Patronage and CSR Committee and Selection and Remuneration Committee, and coordinates relations with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the French securities regulator) together with Philippe Marien, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
