C2S BOUYGUES, A GREAT PLACE TO WORK® CERTIFIED COMPANY

C2S Bouygues, the Bouygues group's digital services subsidiary, is now a certified Great Place to Work® company. This certification, delivered on 2 July 2018 and valid for one year, recognises the results obtained by C2S in the survey carried out on its employees regarding their quality of life and work environment.

The replies to the survey show what employees believe to be C2S Bouygues' strengths: a good balance between professional and private life, pride in achievements, and confidence in the management team. Some examples of how employees replied:

• • "I'm proud of our achievements." → 80% of employees

• • "Management trusts us to do our work properly without having to monitor us constantly." → 86% of employees

• • "Whatever my function within the company, I am treated as a fully-fledged team member." → 77% of employees

• • "There is a pleasant atmosphere in the company." → 87% of employees
