Bouygues : wins a 2017 transparency award

GRANDS PRIX DE LA TRANSPARENCE 2017

At the 8th edition of "Les Grand Prix de la Transparence", which took place on 21 September 2017, the Bouygues group won an award for the first time - the "Grand Prix de la Transparence" in the "oil, gas, materials and construction" sector (SBF 120) for the quality of its regulated information, especially for its Registration Document, web site (www.bouygues.com) and Convening Notice.

Jean-François Guillemin, Bouygues group General Counsel, was delighted with this award: "We are happy to win this award which honours the remarkable work carried out by our legal, financial, sustainable development and communications teams. Transparency is a very important area for us where we have made great progress in the last few years. It is put into practice every day in all our business segments and with all our stakeholders. This award recognises our progress and encourages us to carry on in the same direction. We are particularly pleased that the Scientific Committee has widened the criteria to corporate social and environmental responsibility, which is fundamental in our view."

The "Les Grands Prix de la Transparence" transparency awards ceremony, organised by Labrador, recognises the quality and ease of access of regulated information for all categories of readers, according to criteria set by a Scientific Committee comprised of financial information specialists. The Scientific Committee is made up of individual investors, university academics, CSR specialists, board members, financial analysts as well as people from fund management companies, the Paris financial market, investment clubs and the stock market. This year, 14 new criteria relating to Environmental and Social Responsibility were assessed.
