São Paulo, September 27, 2016 - BR Insurance Corretora de Seguros S.A. ('Company' or 'BR Insurance'), in attendance to CVM Instruction 358 of January, 3 2002, as changed in CVM Instruction 547 of 2014, informs its shareholders and the market that the Board of Director's approved on a meeting held on September 27, 2016, changes in the disclosure of Acts and Material Facts, as disposed in the Company's new 'Disclosure Policy'. Those Acts and Material Facts will be published via: I) Valor Econômico at its 'news' website (http://www.valor.com.br/valor-ri); II) The Company's website (http://ri.brasilinsurance.com.br) and III) the CVM system for sending periodic and eventual information (Empresas.net). Despite the disclosure of Acts and Material Facts through the above mentioned communication channels, any Material Information can also be published on any major newspaper usually used by the Company, which can be done in a summarized way, since indicated the Internet address where the full document is available.

BI's new 'Disclosure Policy' is available in its electronic page as well as CVM's electronic page, the web and the address mentioned above in this document.
