Brasil Brokers Participações S.A. ("Company"), a publicly held corporation with common shares traded on the BM&FBOVESPA's Novo Mercado listing segment under the ticker BBRK3, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, after a series of debates with a number of shareholders, it has noted the need to make adjustments and add clarifications to its Stock Options Plan to be resolved on by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting ("ESM") called for April 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. As a result, the Company has decided to cancel said ESM. The previously disclosed Management Proposal will be duly adjusted and made available together with a new call notice for the meeting that will address the matter at an opportune time.

Please note that the calling of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting ("ASM") to be held on April 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., remains valid. On that occasion, the Company's shareholders will discuss the following agenda: (1) to resolve on the Management Report, the Executive Board's accounts and the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016;

(2) to resolve on the Management Proposal for the allocation of the net result for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016; (3) to resolve on the election of members to occupy the two vacant seats in the Company's Board of Directors; and (4) to resolve on the establishment of Management's overall compensation for fiscal year 2017.
