BRASKEM S.A. São Paulo, June 6, 2017 - Braskem S.A. (BM&FBovespa: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK) announces to its shareholders and the market that, on the date hereof, the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba ratified the leniency agreement signed by and between the Company and the Federal Prosecution Office (MPF). The decision was the last requirement for definitively ratifying the global settlement signed by Braskem with the authorities in the United States, Switzerland and Brazil, which is the subject-matter of the Material Facts dated December 14 and 21, 2016.
