Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Plan - July 2008 award, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 9,615 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 21 June 2012.
