Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company

GB0001335081), representing approximately
0.04% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of
399.81 pence per Ordinary share.
The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled,
following which there will be 160,014,089 Ordinary shares
and Total Voting Rights remaining in issue.
