British Land is today holding a presentation for analysts and investors.

The event will be focused on the company's multi-let retail portfolio and will include presentations from Charlie Maudsley, Head of Retail & Leisure as well as senior members of the Retail team and property consultants CACI.

The presentations will show how our portfolio and approach is well-suited to retailer and consumer needs in today's changing retail market. Our assets are in the right places with strong catchments and are accessible, easily adapted and affordable. Our investment in data and analytics is giving us an increasingly detailed understanding of our occupiers and consumers. We are using insights to inform our decisions across the business, using a systematic approach to create the best offer, environment and services to realise the considerable potential we see in our portfolio. Our approach is already delivering results: we are outperforming on key metrics including footfall, consumer sales and total returns and we are well placed to benefit from the increasingly positive outlook for rental growth.

No material new information will be released. All presentations will be available on the British Land website at 3pm today and an audiocast of the event will be available from Friday 3 July.
