Secondary listing on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange of the US$750,000,000 2.625 per cent. Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2019 and the US$1,250,000,000 3.750 per cent. Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2024 issued by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc
British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (the "Issuer ") announces that the Irish Stock Exchange has admitted, for the purpose of a secondary listing (the "Secondary Listing "), the Issuer's US$750,000,000 2.625 Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2019 and its US$1,250,000,000 3.750 per cent. Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2024 (together, the "Notes ") to the Official List and to trading on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange on 7 November 2014. The Notes are currently also listed on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Issuer has no duty to maintain such listing of the Notes over their entire lifetime. The Notes may be suspended from trading and/or de-listed at any time in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the Irish Stock Exchange.
No Notes have been issued or sold in connection with the abovementioned secondary listing. Listing particulars (the "Listing Particulars ") have been approved by the Irish Stock Exchange in connection with the Secondary Listing and will be available for viewing on the website of the Irish Stock Exchange.
