The headline and the story, "BSkyB Loses Sports Channel Prices Appeal," which published at 1712 GMT, incorrectly stated that the U.K.'s Competition Appeals Tribunal had rejected an appeal by British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC (BSY.LN, BSYBY) against a regulatory ruling on the pricing of sports content. The tribunal Wednesday said BSkyB has the right to appeal against the 2010 ruling, which said the U.K. pay-television operator must charge rivals less for its premium sports content than it originally wanted.
