Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) today announced the pricing of its $500 million offering of senior unsecured notes. These 4.5% 30 Year Senior Notes are due July 15, 2045. Brown-Forman intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
