Brown-Forman’s (NYSE:BFA) (NYSE:BFB) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 31½ cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on June 3, 2015 will receive the cash dividend on July 1, 2015.

Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 69 consecutive years and has increased the dividend for 31 consecutive years.
