On 12 May 2011 Mr Hans Eric Jansen stepped down as member of Brunel International N.V.'s Supervisory Board after serving for twelve years, eleven of which he served as chairman.

He is succeeded by Mr Aat Schouwenaar who will serve as chairman of the Supervisory Board.

On 12 May 2011, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved Brunel International N.V.'s recommendation to appoint Mr J.C. Maarten Schönfeld as member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years.
