On 20 August 2009, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
granted its approval to Brunel International N.V.'s recommendation to
appoint Mr Rob van der Hoek as member of the Management Board in
addition to CEO Jan Arie van Barneveld. The appointment as CFO under
the articles of association became effective on 20 August 2009.

Mr Van der Hoek (1954), of Dutch nationality, is responsible for the
Finance & Control position within the company. Mr Van der Hoek
started his career in 1980 with Coopers & Lybrand and subsequently
gained extensive knowledge and experience in various CFO positions,
inter alia at Sara Lee/DE, United Biscuits, Laurus and Getronics
Netherlands.
