(the "Company") hereby informs that, pursuant to Article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the examination of the consolidated revenues pertaining to the first nine months of the financial year

2017, initially set forth for November 9th2017, has been re-scheduled for November 14th2017.
