CHICAGO, Ill., July 16, 2018-NAUTIC-ONTM is very proud to be an official sponsor for the 2018 Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac® (CYCRTM) presented by Wintrust. Started in 1898, the storied 'Mac' is known as America's Offshore Challenge™, bringing over 300 boats annually and more than 3,500 participants to Chicago for the 333-statute mile (289 nautical mile) race from Chicago to Michigan's Mackinac Island.

2018 marks the 110th running of CYCRTM and begins with the start of its cruising division on Friday, July 20. The racing divisions depart Saturday, July 21 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., beginning with a parade of boats at Navy Pier. Progress of the CYCRTM can be followed by computer or smartphone via the race tracker located on the race website.
