BSC DRUK Art. 56 item 1 point 1 of the Polish Act on Offering- confidential information
The Board of BSC DRUKARNIA OPAKOWAŃ S.A. based in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Issuer") hereby informs that today they received by mail information concerning the fact that the company HAVI GLOBAL SOLUTIONS EUROPE LIMITED based in London (hereinafter referred to as "Havi", "Customer") had chosen the Issuer's offer concerning the Company's production and delivery of packaging at the commission of Havi and for the needs of Havi's customers. According to the information delivered to the Issuer, the agreement which will be concluded as a result of the choice of the Issuer's offer will be valid for the period of 2 years starting from 1 March 2016 with a possible extension for one year. The Board expects that the annual average turnover with the Customer during the term of the agreement will amount to approximately PLN 20,000,000, which will mean the annual average decrease in turnover with the above mentioned customer compared to the year 2015 by approximately PLN 13,000,000.
The Company publishes the fact of receiving the notification due to the fact that the agreement which will be concluded as a result of choosing the Issuer's offer will have the status of a significant agreement as its value will exceed 10% of the Issuer's equity. The Company will provide up-to-date information concerning any changes of this confidential data and they will inform of concluding the significant agreement in their separate current report.
