Christina Johansson, member of group management and CFO of Bucher Industries, has decided to leave the company and seek a new professional direction. Manuela Suter, Head of Controlling of Bucher Industries, will assume the position of CFO as a member of group management on 1 January 2018.
Christina Johansson was with Bucher Industries from July 2016 onwards. She further improved the group's finances with great professional skill and strengthened the positive perception of Bucher Industries among financial market participants. She will continue working for the company until the end of the year in order to ensure a smooth handover to her successor.
The board of directors and the CEO regret her departure, would like to thank Christina Johansson for her valuable contribution and wish her all the best for the future.
In Manuela Suter, we have a qualified, internal successor to Christina Johansson waiting in the wings. Manuela Suter has many years' experience in the financial sector. She holds a Master's degree in economics and has completed training to be an auditor. Manuela Suter worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young for six years before moving to Holcim to work as Head Financial Holdings in 2007. In 2011, Manuela Suter joined Bucher Industries and assumed the function of Head Group Controlling in 2014.
