The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 24 April 2017 it was notified by Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) about signing a loan agreement within which Budimex SA, as a lender, provided Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o., as a borrower, with a loan to the amount of PLN 100 million for financing development projects of the borrower. Since the most recent market letter no. 11/2017 dated 3 March 2017 was published, the total value of agreements signed with the same Investor has exceeded the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand and the agreement entered into on 24 April 2017 is an agreement of the highest value.

It was established in the agreement that the loan will be disbursed in tranches, as needed by the borrower due to implemented development projects and it will be repaid until 29 June 2018. The interest rate was fixed as a sum of 1M WIBOR rate and a margin. The loan will be secured with mortgages established to the benefit of the lender on lands being the property of the borrower. The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement do not vary from the ones applied commonly in agreements of this type.

- as of 15 March for the construction of Housing Complex on Dobrego Pasterza Street - III stage worth PLN 54.3 million.
