Bulgaro-Amerikanska kreditna banka AD : Financial Results of BACB for the 3rd Quarter of 2012

The Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (BACB) published its preliminary unaudited consolidated and individual financial reports as of 30 September, 2012, together with the respective interim activity reports and a letter to the shareholders.

 Based on unaudited data as of 30 September, 2012 for the first tree months of 2012 BACB reports financial result as follows:

• Net loss on individual basis of BGN 13.996 million (EUR 7.156 million)
• Net loss on consolidated basis of BGN 14.631 million (EUR 7.481 million)
