By Decision No 82-FB of 22 January 2018, the Financial Supervision Commission approved amendments and supplements to Part I - General Rules, Part II - Membership Rules, Part III - Listing Rules, Part IV - Trading Rules, Part V - Surveillance Rules, Part VI - Risk Management Rules, Part VIII - Conflicts of Interest Rules and to Part IX - Listing and Trading in Government Securities Rules of the BSE-Sofia Rules and Regulations.
The changes are related to the implementation of MiFID II, MiFIR and the delegated regulations to them.
The amendments and supplements will come into effect as of 23 February 2018.
