Please, be hereby informed that today, 23 February 2018, the Rules and Regulations of BSE-Sofia, approved by the FSC under decision No. 82-FB of 22 January 2018, come into effect.
In this regard, changes have been made in the Tariff of fees collected by BSE-Sofia but there are no new fees or amendments to the existing fees rather some inconsistencies are eliminated referring to the updated Rules and Regulations. The updated Tariff of fees, effective from 23 February 2018, is available on the BSE-Sofia website.
Furthermore, BSE-Sofia would like to remind you that iceberg orders will still not be available for municipal and corporate bonds as well as for government securities until the FSC grants exemption from the obligation for public disclosure of information under Art. 8 (1) of Regulation (EU) 600/2014. You will be duly informed about the reinstatement of the iceberg orders for the above mentioned financial instruments.
