At Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/1998 of Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited, held on Wednesday 11 November 1998, a resolution was passed to allow holders of preferred shares to convert preferred shares to common shares, at the rate of 1 preferred share to 1 common share during the month of February of every year.

The holders of preferred shares of the Company who wish to convert their preferred shares to common shares may exercise their rights by submitting their conversion request forms along with their preferred share certificates to Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. from 1 February to 28 February 2018, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
