In 2016-2017, Bunge conducted its first Global Safety Culture Study to help improve its signature Stand for Safety program and advance progress towards the company's goal of a zero-incident culture.

The study was commissioned by Bunge Limited CEO Soren Schroder and the Bunge Global Safety Steering Committee and conducted in partnership with the Center for Research & Public Policy, a U.S.-based research firm. It included a quantitative survey of more than 1,200 workers and leaders worldwide and qualitative focus group research.

The study results provide a comprehensive assessment of safety attitudes, beliefs and behaviors at the company. Research findings and insights will be used to strengthen Bunge's safety culture.
