Interakting and RBS Sign Partnership Agreement and Adopt Mid-Market Positioning 03/05/2013

Interakting, the web agency of Business & Decision Group, international Consulting and Systems Integration Company, and RBS, the RBS Change open source e-Commerce solution vendor, sign a strategic partnership agreement to deliver digital commerce projects to medium-sized enterprises.

In 2012, French SMEs and SMIs accounted for almost 60% of the national GDP. But while Internet sales have increased by 19%, only 6% of French SMEs/SMIs have a retail website. SMIs/SMEs need to embrace digital transformation on two levels: on one hand, to engage with individual customers and consumer markets (B-to-C) by providing products at the right time to the right person and within a rich customer experience context, whilst building customer loyalty. On the other, to engage with the business to business market (B-to-B) through a smooth and efficient service that will help strengthen and develop partner relationships.
