BUSINESS & DECISION : ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN PATRICK BENSABAT

Business & Decision (BND - FR0000078958) announces with regret and great sadness that its Founder, Chairman and CEO, Patrick Bensabat, died on January 29th.

The first thoughts of the management and employees of the Group are with his wife, children and loved ones.

Through his personal and professional values Patrick Bensabat was able to touch all employees both as a man and as a leader.

A general shareholders meeting of Business & Decision will be convened as soon as possible in order to proceed to the nomination of new member(s) of the Board of Directors that will appoint a new President.

In the meantime, the Group's management will be led by Christophe Dumoulin in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
