Paris, 1 November, 2016

Business & Decision Group (BND / Euronext C / FR0000078958), the international Consulting and Systems Integration Company, announces the disposal of its US based managed services and cloud consulting operations to AccountabilIT LLC.

The transaction has been finalized in alignment with the recently communicated corporate strategy and is effective as of October 31, 2016. Business & Decision's remaining North American business is focused on consulting and data & analytics with a particular expertise in Public Sector and Financial Services industries.

The financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

January 31st, 2017: 2016 full year revenue at 5:35 pm
