Business et Decision : NEW GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE FOR BUSINESS & DECISION AND RESPECTIVE ORGANISATION AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Business & Decision (BND/Euronext C/FR0000078958) announces implementation of its B&D2019 strategic plan and the related organisational changes.

Business & Decision's Chairman and CEO, Christophe Dumoulin, has restructured the Group Executive Committee and the French operations to enable implementation of the 2016-2019 strategic plan and focus growth in line with corporate ambitions and goals.

Ada Sekirin remains the Managing Director for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Russia. With a Masters in Information Technology and an MBA from the Free University of Brussels (ULB), Ada Sekirin began her career as an Information Systems consultant before creating Flux Consultancy, later acquired by Business & Decision. In 2003 she led the merger of the Group's Belgian activities, creating Business & Decision Benelux, which she has headed ever since.

Ian Huckle, continues to be Managing Director of the geographical area including the United States, the United Kingdom, the MEA (Middle East & Africa) and Spain. He spent 11 years with Ernst & Young including roles as an auditor, consultant and accountant. In 1997, he created a UK start up company specialised in Business Intelligence. Following the acquisition of this company by Business & Decision in 2002, Ian Huckle took on the management of all UK-based activities. After the sale of Business & Decision's UK subsidiary in 2012, he conducted various missions before re-joining Business & Decision in 2015. Under his responsibility, Neila Benzina, Director for the MEA zone, including Tunisia and Morocco subsidiaries, heads all offshore operations.

In France, all operational activities are now grouped into major Business Units, under the direct responsibility of Christophe Dumoulin.

Gad Benchimol, is appointed Managing Director of the Data Management Business Unit. Certified public accountant and holder of a Master Miage, Gad Benchimol started his career as a consultant for GSI before moving on to Galeries Lafayette Group and joining Business & Decision in 1998. In 2001, he was responsible for some of the Group's largest customers, including BNP Paribas. In 2007, he was appointed Director of the BI/EPM activity in Paris. In 2012, he created Camondo Consulting, a Business & Decision subsidiary, specialised in consulting and information systems transformation.

Laurent Moisson joins Business & Decision to lead the Digital Business Unit. Holding a Masters in Marketing from the Paris-Sorbonne University, he has been an entrepreneur and business angel in the Digital sphere for over 15 years. Author and co-author of several books and white papers, he is specialised in influencer strategy and content creation - that connect brands to artists at the service of major retailers' customer paths, digital and advertising initiatives.

Lionel Nicolas takes over the management of the Western Region Business Unit, grouping all Nouvelle-Aquitaine region operations and agencies. A DUIA (university degree in applied computer science) graduate of the University of Rennes 2, with a specialisation in Business Intelligence systems, he started his career in the banking sector, at CMILACO, before joining Cap Gemini. He joined Business & Decision in 1997 as a consultant and became project leader for major Business Intelligence and CRM Marketing missions. He has been director of the Western region since 2011.

Amandine Ponset is appointed Director of the South & East Business Unit, grouping several Business & Decision operations, as well as Metaphora, a subsidiary specialised in change management. A Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grenoble management school) graduate, Amandine Ponset began her career as a business engineer in 1999 at Araxe, a web agency located in Lyon. She joined Business & Decision in 2001 to manage and grow the region's key accounts. She contributed to the growth of the Lyon agency before taking over its management in 2008.

Emmanuelle Billard joins the Executive Committee andis appointed Group CFO. With a degree in chartered accounting, Emmanuelle Billard started her career at several accounting and audit firms before joining Business & Decision in 2003. She held several positions in consolidation and account oversight before this appointment.
