The topping out for the BUWOG 'City Apartments' project took place on 18 January 2018 at Rechte Wienzeile 229 in the 12th district of Vienna together with around 150 guests - among them District Manager Gabriele Votava, planning architect Peter Podsedensek and Hannes Kapfinger and Alfred Vandrovec (PORR). Located directly on the river Wien, 144 privately financed condominiums and 86 parking spaces will be built here, with completion planned for summer 2018.

The combination of high-quality fixtures and fittings with well-conceived spatial designs, intelligent layouts and the central location also make the 'City Apartments' an attractive project for investors seeking buy-to-rent apartments. There is keen interest in the 'City Apartments: at present 70 percent of the units have already been sold.
