Jonathan Solesbury to join C&C on a permanent basis

Dublin, London | 8 November2017: C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group'), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks announces the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Solesbury as Group Chief Financial Officer ('Group CFO') and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective today. Mr. Solesbury has been performing the role of Group CFO on an interim basis since August 2017.

As outlined at the time of his appointment as interim Group CFO, Jonathan brings significant industry experience to C&C, including serving for 22 years in senior finance roles at global drinks company, SABMiller plc.
