ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Trust's principal activities include investments in income producing real estate and real estate related assets, which are used for logistics purposes in Asia Pacific, with the objective of providing Unitholders with regular and stable distributions and long-term capital growth. Its portfolio comprises of approximately 29 logistics warehouse properties logistics warehouse properties. Its properties in Singapore are located logistics clusters such as the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS), Changi International LogisPark and the new Tampines LogisPark, as well as the Penjuru, Pandan and Gul Way areas. In Australia, its properties are located in industrial precincts in the trade and distribution cities of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. The Trust's manager is ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust Management Limited.
